Get your digitizing feet wet at Quilt Lizzy with our Flip Flop Table Runner class, featured in Table Please Part One by Nancy Halvorsen.  With Laura's newest class at Wake Forest from 10 AM to 4 PM, you will

  • Scan images to usb and wirelessly send from ScanNCut to computer.
  • Load jpeg images to personal or free versions of PE Design 11 or Palette 11.
  • Use shape tools to trace straight and curved lines for four separate designs--the flip flop base, two versions of shoe straps and one flower.
  • Save first image tracings to create cut files to use in Brother ScanNCut machines.
Copy, paste and edit shapes to layer traditional and fused applique designs.
  • Export designs in a mix of file extensions.
  • Edit Sewing Attributes for color and stitch sizes.
  • Edit to group and resize designs.
  • Edit Design Settings to build custom project sizes that allow you to fill and split quilting patterns with basting stitches--much like the XP3/Aveneer and the Solaris Vision/Radiance.
